Erith Contractors are proud to announce today that long-term employee Terry Madden has been promoted to Operations Director.
Terry has been employed within the industry for over a decade and prior to this appointment was one of Erith’s most experienced Contracts Managers, serving our London portfolio. His hard work and continuing commitment to achieving excellence in all aspects of demolition sees this appointment well-deserved.
Terry’s specialism consists of a range of large-scale demolition and deconstruction projects within heavily congested urban settings. Crucial to Terry’s role is the allocation of resources, implementation of HSEQ and ensuring projects are delivered within the programme and in a safe and seamless manner.
Within recent times, Terry has been involved in a number of demolition schemes which require extensive environmental management – ensuring surrounding stakeholders are not impacted or disturbed throughout the duration of our works. Terry is also a professional member of the Institute of Demolition Engineers.
Terry has worked as Contract Manager on numerous prestigious projects across London, for several high-profile Clients, including; the demolition and basement works package at 22 Hanover Square, the complete demolition and excavation works at Oxford House and the extensive demolition and enabling project at 128-150 Blackfriars Road.
Terry had this to say on his appointment: “I am extremely pleased and excited to have been promoted to the role of Operations Director for the London Division. I look forward to the new role working across a high-profile market-share of awarded contracts and potential new opportunities. I would like to thank the Erith Board for the new appointment, as well as thanking my colleagues for their ongoing support during my time with the company.”
