Our continued investment in our plant fleet has seen the first machines from our recent order for new Caterpillar Inc. equipment arrive from Finning UK & Ireland at our multi million cubic metre earthworks and infrastructure project at Ebbsfleet Garden City.

Two of the three 352 excavators were put to work immediately alongside our existing range of excavators, dump trucks and dozers as the 2022 earthworks season commences.

Shaun Bean, Plant Director, commented: “The new 50 tonne 352s represent excellent value for money. The highly efficient engine helps with our carbon reduction aims and these machines provide us with greater capabilities, being able to dig to a maximum depth of just over 7 metres.”
