Multi Utility Connections

The UK has committed to reaching a net-zero carbon goal by 2050, which will result in a significant increase in electricity demand and the need to expand and develop the electricity network. Additionally, there will be a focus on regenerating and repurposing brownfield sites, leading to significant changes in all utility networks. The demand for residential and commercial developments will continue to grow, and these developments will require quick, safe, and cost-efficient connections to the utility network.

Independent Gas Transporters (IGTs) and Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNOs) have emerged as alternatives to traditional network owners, providing more choice and competition in the marketplace. Utility connections are essential for delivering this transition and are integral to the new approach to networks in the UK.

Independent Connections Providers (ICPs) have emerged as a quicker and more competitive way for developers to build and connect to the network. However, the growth of ICPs has been slower than expected due to the high barriers to entry, including technical expertise and a rigorous audit process.

Developers and clients now have more choice in how they build and install utilities, allowing for more flexible methods of working. These changes in regulation and the upcoming transition will place increasing emphasis on the ICP market over the next 5 to 10 years as new opportunities and markets emerge.

Our team embodies the essence of utilities. With extensive experience working within and for water, gas, and electric networks, and a talented pool of pre-identified individuals ready to join us as we grow, our expertise and capabilities form the foundation of a high-performing business. Our focus on safe operations and exceptional delivery for our clients sets us apart. Our unique approach of assembling a team with this background allows us to set new standards of delivery and expertise.
What do we offer?

Our single-source approach provides a streamlined experience with a single point of contact, a single trench (where available), and greater control over program, connection, and project completion dates. With immediate capacity for delivery, we offer unparalleled assurance that sufficient resources are available for your connection. This key component sets us apart in discussions with clients, providing peace of mind and a streamlined process. Additionally, our open-book approach to sharing asset values offers the potential for lower prices for our clients, representing a game-changing departure from much of the current market offering.

Integrated Services

A multi utility service offering also provides additional opportunities which present similar opportunities and characteristics.

Trust us to deliver high-quality results that enhance the public highway and facilitate development.

• Traffic Management:

A significant portion of our work takes place in the public highway, where the establishment of traffic management on roads up to 40mph is business as usual for us. This approach presents synergies and opportunities, allowing us to efficiently manage traffic flow and minimise disruptions. With our expertise in traffic management, clients can trust us to deliver seamless solutions that meet their needs.

• Waste Water Process:
As planning conditions increasingly require nitrate neutrality, the need for effective on-site water processing is becoming essential. Our team has experience in installing and commissioning packaged solutions to ensure compliance with planning conditions. With our expertise, clients can rest assured that their water processing needs are in capable hands.
