Given the nature of working within social housing properties, the works often involve interfacing with vulnerable residents. Our Pre-works Coordinator will carry out a courtesy phone call and meet with tenants to reassure them about the upcoming works. This process, regularly encountered on this project, involves collaboration between Erith’s Pre-works Coordinator and RCLO to develop a more feasible methodology that benefits the tenant.
We provide a 24/7, 365-day emergency call-out system for the Royal Borough of Greenwich Council in case asbestos is damaged and needs protection, with a response time of 2 hours as dictated by the client. This is one of our Key Performance Indicators and is subject to continuous review to help us improve and benchmark.
All vehicles for this project are equipped with GPS tracking systems, enabling us to plan routes more effectively and avoid highly congested areas in real-time. This enhances our overall efficiency and reduces frustration and missed appointments.
