In addition to our basement offering, we have delivered various above-ground structures and regularly expand our contract scope to structural cores and frames. The logical transition from basement works to core and frame construction allows us to provide our clients with a cost-effective, turnkey solution before the arrival of the follow-on contractor.

In addition to core and frame construction – and in answer to the increased market appetite for reuse and repurposing of structures – we are increasingly providing cut and carve or structural intervention solutions to our clients. Scope elements such as blockwork, screeding and fit-out have all been successfully delivered to an extensive portfolio of clients.

With development space at a premium in the UK and considerable pressure being exerted to ensure that existing brownfield sites are reused and maximised wherever possible, we have built on the skills within the group to develop the capabilities necessary within our earthworks and infrastructure teams to cater for the wider construction industry.

We have a considerable presence within the field and have developed close working relationships with some major clients. Our clientele includes national housebuilders, large property developers, blue chip contractors and UK utility providers.

Frequently, we undertake traditional earthworks and civil engineering as principal contractor and follow on with the construction of infrastructure for the development, providing programme advantage and single point responsibility for the client.
