For the past decade we have been a formidable presence within the capital for the delivery of construction related services. These have taken the form of a consultant providing specialist advice, and as contractor providing a concept to completion style service. As a result of the city centre experience gained across the years, we have developed provisions which ensure that the congested nature of such projects become a formality. We work closely with clients to create innovative solutions to overcome tight timescales, confined space working, façade retention schemes and operational/heritage structures. Schemes have been carried out in high profile locations such as Regent Street, Blackfriars Station and Oxford Street.

Former pharmaceutical plants, cement works, quarries, wharfs and dockyards are just a few projects which have involved our asbestos, demolition, remediation and waste management departments. Projects like these need our ability to work in close proximity with waterfronts; maintaining continuous communication with the Environmental Agency, statutory authorities and existing stakeholders to mitigate the Group’s environmental impact. An example of a scheme which incorporated all the Group’s capabilities was the demolition, asbestos removal and remediation of Lafarge Tarmac’s Northfleet Cement Works – the largest Demolition sequence in Europe at the time.
