Further works secured in Ireland
Published by Erith on 3 August 2021
We are delighted to have secured the second phases of two projects situated in Ireland.

The first phase at Astellas, Dublin, involved the safe removal of redundant assets utilising highly specialist lifting and lowering techniques within a live pharmaceutical environment with full ATEX controls and methodology. We have now been awarded phase two; further removal of redundant assets with highly challenging site conditions and constraints.

Following the successful completion of the clean to shell phase at Roche’s Clarecastle facility, we have secured the prestigious second phase of works involving the demolition of around 40 structures spread across the vast site, over a 40-week delivery period.

We are also proud to have become members of the National Irish Safety Organisation, whose aim is to promote a culture of excellence in workplace health and safety and play a leading role in the advancement of the national health and safety agenda. We look forward to continuing to deliver these complex enabling projects and the continued expansion of our presence in Ireland.
